Ollie Terms of Use

Effective: October 28, 2026 (Version 2.0)

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this translation and the Korean original, the Korean version prevails.

These Terms set out the rights and responsibilities between Junhyeong Kim ("Developer") and you, the user, for the mobile application Ollie — the cloud friend who remembers you (iOS/Android identifier: com.richjun.ollie). By installing, signing up for or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Ollie is an AI. It is not a medical or professional counseling service. Ollie is an AI companion that listens and helps you look after your mind. It does not replace a doctor, therapist, lawyer or other professional, and it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. AI answers can be wrong or inaccurate. If you are in danger or may hurt yourself, close the app and get help right away. In Korea you can call the Suicide Prevention Hotline 109 (24 hours), the Mental Health Crisis Line 1577-0199, or the emergency numbers 112 / 119. Elsewhere, call your local emergency number or find a nearby helpline at findahelpline.com.
